Collingwood School of Dance Inc is known for its high standards in quality dance education, professionally qualified faculty and organized friendly management. We are committed to providing superior dance classes and believe in steady, concentrated progression from one level to the next. We will make every effort to find the class that is best suited for your goals. From recreational to Part-Time Company to Full-Time Company, we have a program that is perfect for you. We offer a wide variety of styles for ages three to adult in Acro, Cecchetti Ballet Exams, Classical Ballet, Triple Threat (Musical Theatre), Modern, Jazz, Tap, Pointe and Hip Hop for beginner through advanced levels. Collingwood School of Dance specializes in early childhood dance education with Prima Dance (Creative Movement/Ballet/Jazz/Tap) classes for ages 3-7! These classes are incredibly popular because they are thoughtfully designed to engage students imagination and ensure that the emphasis in the learning process is on enjoyment. Students develop free expression, acting skills and creative movement technique, without even knowing it because they are having so much fun!

Our dance season runs from September to June. Every student at CSD performs in one or more of our year-end performances called Prima Dance Showcase (morning & matinee) and Just Dance (evening), at the Meaford Hall the second weekend in June.
